Jesalyn White



"Being a full time actor is not about the glamour, but about passion for life and the people that truly live it. It is about the discovery of spirit, the willingness to take a stumble and manage to get up gracefully" Jesalyn White lives by her words everyday.

She has worked in the entertainment industry for over ten years either in front of the camera or behind the scenes as a nationally accredited make-up artist. She first got the acting itch while watching her older sister model locally in her colorado home town. Her family moved to Virginia where in highschool and on into college Jesalyn appeard in national print ads and local student films. She moved to California where she has worked with many amazing, interesting people such as Gary Busey and has had the honor of sharing scenes and moments with William H. Macy, Alec Baldwin and Angelica Huston. She has appeared in National and international commercials such as Toyota and Continental airlines.

She spent many years as the model in Nevada's tourism Campaign in which the ad won an addy award, and has appeared around the world in international publications. She portrayed Jackie Kennedy on an emmy nominated documentary for the History Channel,and has just finished playing the leads in three feature independent films this past year. Currently she has been cast in a leading role on a television series set to start production in July. The Series will be filmed in North Carolina and will air this fall on a Time Warner Cable Channel.
